By working with Spectrum for Men, you agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct and all referenced policies. We thank you for your partnership in upholding these standards.
Spectrum for Men (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to ethical, legal, and socially responsible business practices. We expect all suppliers, vendors, contractors, and business partners (“Suppliers”) to uphold these same standards in their operations and supply chains. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets forth our minimum expectations and is cross-referenced with our core policies to ensure alignment and transparency.
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Suppliers must operate in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Labor, employment, and wage laws
- Health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Data protection and privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, UK GDPR, and others)
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
2. Human Rights and Labor Practices
Suppliers must:
- Prohibit all forms of forced labor, slavery, human trafficking, and child labor
- Provide fair wages, benefits, and working hours in accordance with applicable laws
- Treat all workers with dignity and respect, ensuring a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and abuse
- Respect workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining

3. Health, Safety, and Environment
Suppliers must:
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment
- Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations
- Minimize environmental impact by managing waste, emissions, and resource use responsibly
4. Ethical Business Conduct
Suppliers must:
- Conduct business ethically, with integrity and transparency
- Prohibit all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement
- Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to us promptly
- Protect confidential information and intellectual property belonging to Spectrum for Men and others
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Suppliers who process, store, or transmit personal data on our behalf must:
- Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data
- Cooperate with us to address data subject requests, data breaches, or regulatory inquiries

6. Content, Advertising, and Platform Integrity
Suppliers providing content, advertising, or affiliate services must:
- Ensure all content and advertising is legal, truthful, and not misleading
- Not promote or facilitate illegal, exploitative, or harmful products or services
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Community Guidelines
7. Reporting and Whistleblowing
Suppliers must provide a safe mechanism for workers to report concerns or violations of this Code, without fear of retaliation. Suppliers must promptly inform Spectrum for Men of any known or suspected violations related to their relationship with us.
8. Monitoring and Compliance
- We reserve the right to assess supplier compliance with this Code, including through audits or requests for documentation.
- Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.
